These terms cover your use of freevsl.podlablv.com. They do not govern the production itself — if you are accepted, that is covered by the Participant Agreement and Footage Release you sign before your studio day.
The short version. Applying does not get you a seat. Seats are limited, we choose who gets one, and the offer closes on 31 October 2026. Everything we produce for you is covered by a separate written agreement you will read and sign first.
Submitting an application is a request, not an agreement. We decide who receives a seat and we may decline for any lawful reason. We aim to respond within 48 hours either way.
You confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you are the owner of, or an authorised decision-maker for, the business you name. Seats are limited to 57 and the program closes on 31 October 2026, or when 57 sessions are recorded, whichever comes first.
Everything about the production — what you receive, what rights you grant, scheduling, and delivery — is governed by the Participant Agreement and Footage Release, which we send at booking. That agreement controls if anything on this page appears to conflict with it.
Nothing on this page is an offer capable of acceptance, a guarantee of a seat, or a promise of any commercial result.
The text, video, design, and code on this page belong to PodLab LV. You may read and share the page. You may not copy it, reproduce it, or reuse it commercially without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
