This policy covers freevsl.podlablv.com and the two forms on it — the application and the intake. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. We collect what you type into our forms and basic analytics about how the page is used. We use it to decide on your application, produce your video, and talk to you about it. We do not sell your information to anyone. Email info@podlablv.com and we will show you what we hold or delete it.

Your name, business name, email, mobile number, website, social handles, a description of your business and services, your location, revenue band, years in business, whether you are the owner or decision-maker, whether you will be on camera, your goals, what is not working in your marketing, and any notes you add.
Sent only if your application is accepted. It covers your offer, your customers, the objections you hear, your brand voice, your competitors, existing marketing materials, and logistics.
Page views, the pages you visit, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and interaction events such as submitting a form or playing the video. We do not send the free-text content of your answers to our analytics tools — only the shape of a submission, such as which revenue band you selected.
If you are accepted, the footage produced is governed by the separate Participant Agreement and Footage Release you sign — not by this policy.
We use a small number of service providers. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if legally required, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business — in which case this policy continues to apply.
Under Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) you may direct a website operator not to sell your covered information. We do not sell it and have no plans to. If you would like that confirmed in writing, or wish to submit a verified opt-out request, email info@podlablv.com with the subject line Nevada opt-out.
Signed releases are kept indefinitely, because the rights they grant are perpetual.
Deleting your data after a session does not withdraw the footage rights granted in a signed release; those are governed by that agreement.
We use browser storage for analytics — to tell a returning visitor from a new one and to measure how the page performs. We do not use advertising cookies on this page and we do not run third-party ad trackers here. Blocking storage in your browser will not break the site or the forms.
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information — financial account numbers, government identifiers, or health information. We never ask for any of it.
This is a business offer for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already applied will be emailed.
